Job summary

Valiant Residential in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor areas, care for landscaping tools, and support the maintenance team. You will keep exteriors and common areas clean daily, assist with make-readies, and notify supervisor of grounds issues.

Requirements include at least one year of related experience, English communication, valid driver’s license, and willingness to work on call; bilingual Spanish a plus. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Willingness to perform all required tasks and maintain safety.
• Ability to represent the company professionally.
• Ability to work on call and extended hours (including weekends).

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance of all property areas to Valiant standards.
• Assist with community functions and make-readies.
• Pick up litter daily and sweep/blow breezeways.
• Clean areas around dumpsters, mail room, pool, and laundry room.
• Assist in pool maintenance and water landscaping as needed.
• Maintain sprinkler system and landscape plants; use pesticides/herbicides as required.
• Rake, reseed, trim, prune trees and shrubs, and manage drainage.
