Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain multifamily property exteriors, amenities, and leasing office areas. You will perform grounds work, basic landscaping, cleaning, and coordination with the maintenance team to keep the property in excellent condition.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, making-ready prep for vacant units, and clear communication with residents. This on-site role requires physical tasks and a collaborative approach to property upkeep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED – Preferred.
• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Complete grounds work as directed by Maintenance/Community Manager, including cleanup of areas.
• Thoroughly clean breezeways, mop floors, power wash, and wipe doors/handrails.
• Perform basic landscaping: trimming, pruning, watering, and irrigation monitoring.
• Assist in make-ready prep by removing trash from vacant apartments.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to uphold property quality.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate status to residents and supervisors.
• Report supply needs and maintain shop organization; coordinate with contractors.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness to comply with regulations and resident well-being.
