Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, exteriors, and leasing office areas of multifamily properties on-site. The role includes basic landscaping, cleaning breezeways, trash outs, and assisting in make-ready units.

You will perform preventive maintenance, document activities, and collaborate with residents, team members, and contractors to ensure high property standards and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, exteriors, and leasing office areas.
• Thoroughly clean breezeways, wipe down doors and handrails, power wash as needed.
• Perform basic landscaping tasks including trimming, pruning, irrigation monitoring.
• Assist in make-ready units by removing trash from vacant apartments.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to uphold property quality and safety.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate status to residents and team.
• Report supply needs and keep the maintenance shop organized.
• Coordinate with maintenance team and external contractors for smooth operations.
• Ensure property safety and cleanliness, complying with regulations.
• Keep property in top condition, including painting interior and exterior.
