Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, exteriors, and leasing office spaces at multifamily properties. You will perform landscaping, cleaning, make-ready tasks, and preventive maintenance while coordinating with residents and the maintenance team.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with 1–3 months of related experience. Basic Microsoft Office skills are preferred. This on-site role requires physical activity and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Complete grounds work as directed by Maintenance/Community Manager.
• Clean breezeways, power wash, and maintain cleanliness of sidewalks.
• Perform basic landscaping tasks including trimming and watering.
• Assist in make-ready units and trash-outs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to uphold property quality.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate with residents and team.
