Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain multifamily property grounds, exteriors, and leasing office areas. Responsibilities include grounds upkeep, cleaning breezeways, basic landscaping, and assisting with make-ready units.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months related experience, and basic MS Office skills. A flexible, on-site schedule is in effect, with varied hours including weekends to meet property needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED – Preferred.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Complete grounds work as directed by Maintenance Manager and/or Community Manager including trash pickup, cleaning dumpsters, blowing parking areas, removing debris, power washing.
• Thoroughly clean breezeways by removing cobwebs, cleaning lights, mopping floors, power washing, wiping doors/handrails.
• Execute basic landscaping incl. trimming, pruning, watering, irrigation monitoring, removing dead branches/leaves/twigs.
• Assist in make-ready units by removing trash from vacant apartments before occupancy.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to uphold property quality and safety; document activities and communicate with residents and teammates.
