Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep garden community grounds and amenities in top condition while supporting the service team. The role includes turn-readying units, handling safety tasks, and communicating with residents with courteous service.

The position requires a valid driver's license, physical stamina, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Onsite work with potential overtime and safety training opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect community daily and keep common areas tidy and litter-free.
• Clear vacants and prep units, transfer trash to dumpsters or storage.
• Complete routine service requests and assist the make-ready process.
• Change locks and ensure pool gates operate safely per codes.
• Distribute notices to residents and report hazards.
• Provide courteous resident service and address complaints about maintenance.
