Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep communities well-maintained, safe, and appealing. You will perform groundskeeping, basic repairs, and support the service team to ensure curb appeal.

You will interact with residents professionally, follow safety policies, and help with turnover of vacant units.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or property grounds upkeep.
• Ability to respond to service requests promptly.
• Strong customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community to keep common areas neat and free of litter and ensure curb appeal.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and prepare units for turnover.
• Complete routine service requests and assist with the make-ready process.
• Change locks according to policy and verify pool area safety.
• Distribute notices to residents and communicate safety information to the team.
