Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to remove litter and debris, ensuring common areas are neat and clean.
• Removes trash and prepares vacants for the make-ready process, disposing of waste properly.
• Completes routine service requests and assists the make-ready specialist during turnover.
• Changes locks per policy and ensures pool gates are safe and functional.
• Communicates notices to residents and flags safety hazards to supervisors.
