Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the community are maintained, focusing on grounds, amenities, and curb appeal while supporting the service team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter and keep common areas neat and inviting.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and maintain storage areas.
• Complete routine service requests and assist the make-ready process.
• Change locks and ensure pool gates operate safely and code-compliant.
• Distribute notices and communications to residents as needed.
• Inform supervisors of any hazards or safety concerns.
• Provide courteous resident service and respond to complaints about maintenance.
• Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA and safety requirements.
