Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical upkeep of our community, maintain curb appeal, and support service team members. The role involves cleaning, trash removal, and assisting with turnover and safety procedures.

Respondents must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends. The position includes ongoing safety training and potential bonus opportunities depending on performance and property needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and bend, stoop, climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to keep grounds and amenities clean and presentable.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and assists with make-ready processes.
• Completes routine service requests and supports the make-ready turnover process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates function according to safety codes.
• Distributes notices to residents and reports hazards to supervisors.
