Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor areas and assist the maintenance team. You will keep exteriors clean, manage grounds through routine tasks, and support make-readies and daily operations.

Requirements include at least one year of related experience, strong English communication, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work on-call and extended hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time related experience.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to perform all required tasks and follow safety practices.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance of all property areas daily, including offices, model and amenity spaces.
• Assist with community functions and make-readies as needed.
• Pick up litter; sweep and blow breezeways; clean around dumpsters.
• Water plants and maintain sprinkler system; assist with pool maintenance.
