Responsibilities

• Ensure property appearance meets company standards for all areas.
• Assist team with community functions and events.
• Pick up litter daily and sweep/blow breezeways.
• Clean areas around dumpsters and common spaces.
• Assist with cleaning make-readies and maintenance tasks as needed.
