Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical appearance and safety of our community. You will maintain grounds, assist the service team, and ensure amenities meet standards of curb appeal.

You will respond to routine requests, support make-ready turnover, and enforce safety policies while working with residents and team members. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspects community grounds, removes litter and debris, maintains curb appeal.
• Clears vacants during make-ready, handles trash transfer and storage areas.
• Completes minor service requests and assists the turnover process.
• Changes locks as required and checks pool area gates for safety.
• Distributes notices to residents and reports hazards to supervisors.
• Demonstrates courteous resident service and handles complaints professionally.
• Attends safety meetings and complies with OSHA and safety regulations.
