Responsibilities include addressing routine service requests, ensuring locks and pool area gates meet safety codes, and communicating with residents and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with ability to inspect and maintain community grounds and amenities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect community areas for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Remove litter and assist in make-ready process for vacant units.
• Complete routine service requests and support the make-ready process.
• Ensure locks are changed and pool area gates function safely.
• Distribute notices and communicate with residents and supervisors.
• Report hazards and incidents promptly; respond to resident questions and concerns.
• Attend safety meetings and comply with Greystar policies.
