Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the quality of our community buildings, grounds, and amenities. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure safety standards while supporting residents and the property team.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, making units ready for leasing, maintaining inventories, and assisting with preventative maintenance. A customer‑oriented, reliable hands-on approach is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools and operate safely with power tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose source of defects and perform repairs per policy and safety standards.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units including inspections and coordinating vendors.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, buildings and common areas.
• Periodically inspect work by team members and contractors for quality compliance.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools and stay within budget.
