Job summary

Greystar is seeking a part-time Maintenance Tech to keep our community looking and functioning at a high standard. You'll help maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal, while assisting the service team with turn processes and safety compliance.

The role requires a valid driver's license for on-site operations, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to respond promptly to maintenance requests. This position provides on-site work with local compensation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart and basic maintenance knowledge.
• Experience with community maintenance and safety procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to keep common areas clean and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant units and cleans storage areas.
• Fulfills routine service requests as directed by the supervisor or manager.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates operate safely.
• Communicates hazards or issues to supervisors and supports residents respectfully.
