Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance and groundskeeping.
• Ability to perform routine service requests and basic repairs.
• Valid driver’s license required for golf cart operation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community to remove litter and ensure clean common areas.
• Clear vacant apartments before make-ready and assist in turnover.
• Complete routine service requests as directed by supervisor.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates meet safety codes.
• Distribute notices to residents.
• Report hazards to supervisors.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents.
• Attend safety trainings and follow safety policies.
