Qualifications

• Demonstrates customer service skills by treating residents and others with respect.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter and ensure common areas are clean.
• Removes trash and prepares vacant apartments for turnover.
• Completes routine service requests and assists with make-ready process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates meet safety codes.
• Distributes notices to residents and informs supervisors of hazards.
• Demonstrates safety compliance per OSHA and company policies.
