Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our communities and support the service team. The role includes groundskeeping, turnover prep, minor repairs, and ensuring safety standards are met while interacting professionally with residents and staff.

Typical duties include inspecting common areas, removing debris, handling trash, and assisting with the make-ready process. A valid driver's license for golf cart operation is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect community areas to keep grounds and amenities clean and presentable.
• Remove litter, manage waste, and prep units during turnovers.
• Complete minor service requests and support the make-ready process.
• Change locks and ensure pool gates operate safely and codes are followed.
• Distribute notices to residents and escalate hazards to supervisors.
• Provide courteous customer service and respond to resident inquiries.
