Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the community are well maintained, with focus on grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. You will support the service team and assist in the turn process to prepare vacant units for leasing.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Competitive benefits and bonus potential are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Experience in property maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community and maintains grounds and amenities.
• Removes litter and prepares units during the make-ready process.
• Completes routine service requests and assists with the turn process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool gates function properly.
• Distributes notices and communicates with residents.
• Reports hazards and observes safety protocols.
• Demonstrates strong customer service to residents and guests.
• Attends safety meetings and follows OSHA-related guidelines.
