Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to ensure community grounds and amenities are well maintained and compliant with safety standards. The role supports the service team, handles routine service tasks, and assists with unit make-ready processes.

A valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or similar role.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods).
• Commitment to safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep common areas clean and presentable.
• Remove trash from vacant units and support make-ready process.
• Handle routine service requests and assist the make-ready team.
• Change locks and ensure pool gates meet safety codes.
• Distribute notices to residents and report hazards promptly.
• Provide courteous resident service and respond to complaints.
• Attend safety meetings and follow company safety policies.
