Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Aviation, Business, or related field.
• Two years supervisory experience in Ramp and Customer Service.
• Working knowledge of Airport Operations Area (AOA) environment.
• Extensive knowledge of QIK, Sabre, and the Internal Controls Manual (ICM).
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Ground Handling Department.
• Coach staff and provide career development guidance.
• Enforce policies, address non-compliance, and implement corrective actions.
• Plan manpower and equipment; supervise supervisors and agents.
• Prepare regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Schedule staff, assign work, manage overtime and back-ups.
• Conduct employee performance reviews.
