Qualifications

• Two (2) years of supervisory experience in Ramp and Customer Service.
• Working knowledge of Airport Operations Area (AOA) environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Ground Handling Department.
• Coach and develop staff, conduct performance reviews.
• Schedule staff shifts, assignments, and backup coverage.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; implement corrective actions as needed.
