Job summary

Crane Solutions LLC seeks an Operations Supervisor, Ground who leads Outbound and Inbound Specialist teams across the full ground shipment lifecycle. You own shift coverage, drive escalation decisions, and develop the team while ensuring high service delivery and data integrity between TMF and Aljex.

You will onboard and certify competency on TMF, Aljex, Tive, Open Dock, and MacroPoint, while coaching staff and maintaining performance standards in a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in transportation or 3PL operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Outbound and Inbound Specialist teams and ensure 24/7 coverage across shifts.
• Direct escalation to Capacity Manager, Operational Account Coordinator, or Program Manager with facts.
• Maintain shift handover discipline and ensure continuity across rotating crews.
• Coach and develop the teams, onboarding and certifying competency on TMF, Aljex, Tive, Open Dock, and MacroPoint.
• Monitor data integrity between TMF and Aljex and drive process improvements.
