Job summary

Crane Solutions LLC seeks an Operations Supervisor, Ground to manage Outbound and Inbound Specialist teams through the full ground shipment lifecycle. You will own execution quality from booking to billing, ensure coverage, and escalate where needed.

You will develop the team, onboard new specialists, and maintain data integrity across TMF and Aljex. You will lead shift planning, ensure KPI targets, and drive continuous improvement through SOPs and standardization of handovers.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising within a 24/7 rotating shift model.
• Hands-on operating experience in transportation management systems (TMF/Aljex) preferred.
• Strong ability to hold a team to defined processes and correct drift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor TMF bookings to confirm every booking is picked up and worked by an Outbound Specialist within the target window.
• Monitor unassigned loads in Aljex and ensure ownership by Inbound Specialist.
• Balance workload across the shift and reassign files as needed to maintain coverage.
• Ensure shift handover is completed and shipments are documented for continuity.
• Provide coaching and onboarding for new specialists on TMF, Aljex, Tive, and related tools.
