Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor, Ground to lead the Outbound and Inbound Specialist teams and own execution quality across the full ground shipment lifecycle. You will ensure coverage, escalation, and continuous improvement, guiding a team through shift handovers and performance reporting using TMF, Aljex, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred in logistics or related field.
• 4–6 years in transportation or 3PL ops with 1–2 years supervising.
• Hands-on TMF/Aljex experience or equivalents.
• Ability to set and enforce process; morale matters.
• Familiarity with US domestic ground freight modes and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Outbound and Inbound Specialist teams and ensure coverage across shifts.
• Maintain visibility of the board; escalations to the right owner.
• Lead shift handover and continuity; onboard and certify new specialists.
• Monitor bookings and milestones; ensure data integrity between TMF and Aljex.
• Drive continuous improvement; report on performance and trends.
