Job summary

Crane-Solutions-LL is seeking an Operations Supervisor, Ground, to lead the Outbound and Inbound Specialist teams and own the execution across the full ground shipment lifecycle. You will ensure coverage, drive escalation, and onboard/coach team members on TMF, Aljex, and Power BI to improve service delivery and data integrity.

You will manage shift handovers, routing escalations, and performance reporting, while fostering a culture of direct communication and continuous improvement in a 24/7

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in transportation or 3PL operations with supervisory experience.
• Experience standing up SOPs, checklists, and training materials.
• Hands-on operating experience with TMF and Aljex systems.
• Strong data literacy to interpret operational reporting and trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams; ability to coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Outbound and Inbound Specialist teams across shift.
• Ensure coverage, escalation, and handover discipline per shift.
• Coach and onboard new specialists on TMF, Aljex, and related tools.
• Maintain data integrity across TMF and Aljex and report variances.
• Oversee performance, scheduling, and continuity across crews.
