Veho is seeking a Ground Operations Supervisor in Indianapolis to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, coach staff, and drive safety and efficiency across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in logistics or operations.
• Proficient with technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations.
• Strong problem-solving and detail orientation.
• Commitment to delivering excellent experiences to team members and driver partners.
• Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, temperature variations).

Responsibilities
