Job summary

Veho is seeking a Ground Operations Lead to oversee daily logistics activities, guiding a shift to ensure safe, efficient launches and sorts in collaboration with driver partners and Veho teams.

You will navigate logistics platforms, lead a fast-paced team, and ensure high standards of safety and customer service, with a schedule Sunday to Wednesday 4:00pm–2:00am. Roles include physical tasks and potential forklift/truck operation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in logistics or operations preferred.
• Owns a modern smartphone and can navigate apps daily.
• Forklift certification and/or box truck experience preferred.
• Proficient with logistics technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift to ensure safe, efficient launches and sorts with cross-functional teams.
• Navigate tech platforms to implement operational changes and re-routes.
• Assess needs quickly and coordinate across teams for seamless operations.
• Operate forklift and potentially a box truck with safety and precision.
• Provide high level customer service to driver partners and internal teams.
• Demonstrate strong communication to effectively lead a shift.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as required.
