Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in logistics, operations management, or related field.
• Owns a modern smartphone and can navigate apps daily.
• Forklift certification and/or experience operating box trucks preferred.
• Proficiency with technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shared shift to ensure safe, on-time launches and sorts with cross-functional teams.
• Navigate technology platforms to manage operational changes, re-routes, and challenges.
• Assess needs quickly and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure safe, seamless operations.
• Operate a forklift and potentially a box truck with skill and precision.
• Provide high levels of customer service to driver partners and internal teams.
• Demonstrate strong communication to effectively lead a shift and maintain safety.
• Stand for extended periods and handle up to 50 lbs regularly.
