Job summary

Veho is seeking a Ground Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse staff day-to-day, coach teams, and ensure operational excellence. You will drive safety, accuracy of reports, and cross-functional communication to optimize sort and launch processes.

You will schedule shifts, manage KPI performance, and partner with drivers and colleagues to deliver reliable, on-time service. This role requires hands-on leadership in a warehouse environment and flexibility for varied hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience in logistics, operations, or related field preferred.
• Proficient with technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to team members and drivers.
• Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Physically able to work in a warehouse (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, hot/cold conditions, loud environment).

Responsibilities

• Lead Warehouse Associates and Leads to develop staff and drive performance.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet KPIs and safety standards.
• Schedule shifts and coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor reports, accuracy, and efficiency of sort and launch processes.
• Collaborate across functions to optimize operations and safety.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives with measurable milestones.
