Job summary

Veho is hiring a Ground Operations Lead to oversee daily logistics activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and lead a shift with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service. You will work closely with driver partners and internal teams to ensure smooth launches and accurate sorts.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of logistics experience, forklift or box truck familiarity, and strong communication skills. The role requires physical stamina and flexibility to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or operations management preferred.
• Forklift certification and/or box truck experience preferred.
• Comfort with smartphones and logistics apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift to ensure safe, efficient launches and sorts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and driver partners.
• Navigate technology platforms to adapt to routing changes.
• Operate forklift and potentially a box truck with care.
• Maintain strong safety and customer service standards.
• Stand for long periods and handle physical tasks up to 50 lbs.
