Veho is seeking a Ground Operations Lead in Flowery Branch, GA to supervise daily logistics, ensure safety, and drive operational excellence across shifts with driver partners.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, navigate warehouse tech platforms, and mentor teammates to deliver reliable, on-time deliveries while upholding Veho’s customer-first standards. This full-time role requires physical stamina and a proactive mindset to meet evolving operational needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of logistics or operations management experience.
• Owns a modern smartphone and can navigate apps daily.
• Forklift certification and/or box truck experience preferred.
• Proficient with logistics technology platforms and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
• Commitment to excellent driver/partner experiences.
• Willingness to complete a background check and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily logistics operations across shifts with driver partners.
• Ensure safety standards and drive operational excellence initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute launches and sorts.
• Operate a forklift and potentially a box truck as needed.
• Provide high-level customer service and issue resolution.
• Maintain effective shift communication and performance metrics.
