Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
• Owns a modern smartphone and can navigate apps daily.
• Forklift certification and/or experience operating box trucks is preferred.
• Proficiency in technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to team members and driver partners.
• Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Navigate technology platforms to manage operational changes and route adjustments.
• Assess operational needs and coordinate cross-functionally for safe, seamless operations.
• Operate a forklift and possibly a box truck with precision.
• Provide high levels of customer service to driver partners and internal teams.
• Lead shift communication and ensure safety standards are maintained.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as required.
