Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in logistics, operations management, or related field preferred.
• Owns a modern smartphone and can navigate apps daily.
• Forklift certification and/or experience operating box trucks preferred.
• Proficiency with logistics software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to complete a background check and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift to ensure safe, efficient launches and sorts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and driver partners.
• Navigate platforms to manage changes, re-routes, and incidents.
• Operate forklift and possibly a box truck as needed.
• Provide high levels of customer service to driver partners and internal teams.
• Demonstrate strong communication to effectively lead a shift.
