Veho is seeking a Ground Operations Lead to oversee daily logistics, safety, and cross-functional collaboration. You will lead a shared shift, coordinate launches and sorts, and partner with driver teams to deliver a reliable, scalable delivery experience for ecommerce brands.

The ideal candidate brings logistics or operations management experience, comfort with forklift/box truck tasks, and the ability to adapt to night and weekend schedules.

Qualifications

• 1 year of logistics/operations experience preferred.
• Owns a modern smartphone and can navigate apps daily.
• Forklift certification and/or box truck experience preferred.
• Proficiency with logistics tech platforms and tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to complete a background check and to work nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift to ensure safe, efficient launches and sorts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and driver partners to maintain operations.
• Navigate technology platforms to manage route changes and disruptions.
• Operate forklift and potentially a box truck with safety and precision.
• Provide high levels of customer service and partner support.
• Demonstrate strong communication to guide a shift and coordinate tasks.
