Qualifications

• 1+ year in logistics, operations management, or related field preferred.
• Owns a modern smartphone and can navigate apps daily.
• Forklift certification and/or experience operating box trucks preferred.
• Proficiency with logistics tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift to coordinate daily logistics activities.
• Ensure safety standards and operational excellence across teams.
• Navigate tech platforms to manage changes and re-routes.
• Operate forklift and potentially a box truck as needed.
• Provide strong customer service to driver partners and internal teams.
• Maintain clear communications to lead a shift effectively.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as required.
