Job summary

Veho is building a modern ecommerce logistics platform and is seeking a Ground Operations Lead to manage daily shift operations, safety standards, and cross-functional collaboration with drivers and Veho teams.

You will oversee launches and sorts, navigate technology to adapt routes, operate equipment when needed, and maintain a customer-centric focus while delivering reliable, scalable logistics performance across the shift.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, operations management, or related field preferred.
• Owns a modern smartphone and can navigate apps daily.
• Forklift certification and/or experience operating box trucks preferred.
• Proficiency with logistics tech platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift to ensure safe, efficient operations and successful launches and sorts.
• Navigate technology platforms to manage operational changes and route changes.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Veho teams and driver partners to ensure safety and quality.
• Operate forklift and potentially box trucks as needed.
• Provide high levels of customer-focused support to driver partners and internal teams.
• Communicate effectively to lead the shift and maintain safety standards.
• Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks up to 50 lbs when required.
