Job summary

Veho is seeking a Ground Operations Lead to oversee daily logistics, aligning cross-functional teams and driver partners to deliver safe, reliable operations.

You will lead a shift, ensure safety standards, and coordinate launches and sorts with Veho colleagues and driver partners. The role requires physical stamina, forklift/box truck experience, and a willingness to work nights and weekends. Equity and comprehensive benefits accompany full-time roles.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or operations management preferred.
• Owns a modern smartphone and can navigate apps daily.
• Forklift certification and/or box truck experience preferred.
• Proficiency with logistics tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with physical tasks.
• Navigate technology platforms to manage changes, re-routes, and logistics challenges.
• Assess needs quickly and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure safe, seamless operations.
• Operate forklift and potentially a box truck with safety and precision.
• Deliver high levels of customer service to driver partners and internal teams.
• Demonstrate strong communication to lead a shift.
• Stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and be physically capable.
