Job summary

Veho is seeking a Ground Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, coaching staff and ensuring safety and efficiency. You will develop the team, uphold performance standards, and manage scheduling and reporting with cross-functional partners.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and delivering reliable service to customers and drivers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong communication and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of previous management experience in logistics, operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to team members and driver partners.
• Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Warehouse Associates and Leads to development and operational excellence.
• Plan and prioritize team initiatives; navigate tech platforms to manage operations.
• Assess needs and coordinate cross-functional actions to ensure safe, on-time deliveries.
• Schedule shifts to align with hours and projected volume.
• Maintain cross-functional communication for accurate reporting and KPIs.
• Foster teamwork and partner across functions to support overall operation.
