Job summary

Veho is seeking a Ground Operations Lead in California to oversee daily logistics activities, guide a shift, and work with driver partners to ensure safe, efficient launches and sorts. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment and strong safety focus.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, operating forklifts as needed, and maintaining excellent customer service while navigating logistical challenges.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in logistics or operations management preferred.
• Owns a modern smartphone and can navigate apps daily.
• Forklift cert or box truck experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and driver partners.
• Operate forklift and possibly a box truck as needed.
• Maintain high standards of safety and customer service.
• Communicate clearly to guide the shift and resolve issues.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
