Job summary

Veho is seeking a Ground Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse staff and ensure efficient, safe, and on-time operations. You will coach associates and leads, develop staff for future roles, and maintain accurate reporting and scheduling while upholding safety standards.

The role emphasizes cross-functional communication and a hands-on leadership style to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of management experience in logistics, operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to team members and driver partners.
• Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends, as required by operational needs.
• Is physically able to work in a warehouse that includes standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to variable temperatures and noise.
