Job summary

Veho seeks a Ground Operations Supervisor in Nashville to lead Warehouse Associates and Leads, coaching staff to meet safety and performance standards.

You will drive scheduling, cross-functional communication, and delivery accuracy while maintaining a strong safety culture and engagement with drivers and partners across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of management experience in logistics or operations.
• Proficient with technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to team members and driver partners.
• Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Physical ability to work in a warehouse environment with standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and variable temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse staff and develop team members for future success.
• Set operational standards and ensure accuracy of reports, scheduling and cross-functional communication.
• Ensure on-time delivery performance and safe, efficient sort and launch processes.
• Schedule shifts to align with business needs and projected volume.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration across departments to achieve KPIs and operational goals.
