Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of management experience in logistics, operations, or a related field.
• Proficient with technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and detail orientation in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to team members and driver partners.
• Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in warehouse conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse staff and coaching for future success.
• Set standards of operational excellence and ensure accurate reporting and scheduling.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure efficient sort and launch packaging.
• Plan shifts to meet operational hours and projected volume.
• Coach and develop team members, driving KPIs and safety standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely on-time delivery to customers.
