• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with all management levels and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, keeping company goals and customer expectations in mind.
• Coach and develop staff across supervisors and agents.
• Define staffing plans and schedules, including rotations and overtime.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
