Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking an Account Operations Coordinator - Shift B in Houston to manage customer bookings from intake through execution, ensuring accuracy and single-point customer contact. You will build bookings in TMF, validate data, coordinate with capacity and operations, and communicate updates, escalations, and changes to customers and internal teams.

The role requires 2–4 years in freight or 3PL, a high school diploma or higher, and experience with TMS tools like e2open

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of freight or 3PL account coordination experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience with TMS and cross-border documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and interpret customer booking requests and confirm service requirements.
• Build orders in the customer system and create bookings in TMF.
• Validate bookings for completeness at first release and avoid handoff rework.
• Coordinate refreshed TMF templates, new BOLs, and downstream system updates.
• Own all customer communications and escalate issues as needed.
