3M is seeking a Ground Forces & Federal Law Enforcement BD Manager in Washington, DC to drive growth with federal customers, shaping requirements and converting early engagement into funded programs.

You will coordinate with product, legal, and sales teams to move opportunities through the pipeline, deliver executive-level briefs, and build relationships across Army, Navy, DHS, and law-enforcement agencies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed before start date.
• Five or more years of experience engaging with U.S. ground forces, special operations, or federal law enforcement and homeland-security organizations.
• Current relationships within the user, requirements, acquisition, or science-and-technology community of the U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps, or U.S. Special Operations Command, or within federal law-enforcement procurement, exercised within approximately the last three years.
• Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. DoD Security Clearance (active Secret clearance preferred).

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute engagement strategy across the tactical forces and federal law enforcement to shape demand for 3M’s capabilities.
• Lead campaigns for Individual Equipment & Protection and related portfolios through the capture process to hand-off.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable internal strategy across a matrixed organization.
• Build and maintain a disciplined opportunity pipeline with Salesforce CRM for funded vs unfunded demand.
• Deliver executive-level briefs, proposals, and strategic engagement plans to senior stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with decision-makers across government agencies and prime contractors.
