Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7–10 years in BD, capture, or opportunity shaping.
• Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and contracting.
• Ability to build relationships, develop strategies, and drive opportunities independently or in a team.

Responsabilités

• Identify, qualify, and shape new Federal Civilian opportunities aligned with Agile Defense objectives.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior agency leaders.
• Create strategic account and customer call plans focused on growth and new market penetration.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to guide BD strategies.
• Lead responses to RFIs and other early BD deliverables; represent the company at events.
• Collaborate across capture, pricing, solution, and delivery teams to shape opportunities.
