Job summary

Envision Technology, LLC is seeking a Federal and Law Enforcement Business Development Manager to lead FED/LE and domestic sales efforts. The role focuses on growth plans, opportunity capture, and channel management in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will identify customer needs, build strategic partner networks, and coordinate with internal teams to drive contract opportunities and successful captures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FED/LE business development and sales experience.
• Experience selling tactical weapons, EO/IR equipment, or related products is preferred.
• Knowledge of FED/LE procurement processes and ITAR is important.

Responsibilities

• Execute FED/LE business development and sales activities for Envision Technology.
• Manage opportunities, quotes, and contracts across the FED/LE and domestic channels.
• Build and maintain key customer relationships and distribution networks.
• Monitor market trends, budget allocations, and competitive dynamics to inform growth plans.
• Coordinate with program managers, engineers, suppliers, and customers during campaigns.
