3M is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the DOE & Industrial Base engagement strategy from Washington DC. You will coordinate across business units to position 3M materials in funded programs and manage relationships with NNSA, DOE offices, and national laboratories.

Strong credentials in federal procurement and cross‑functional collaboration are required. You will deliver executive briefings, shape program requirements, and steward a robust opportunity pipeline using Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed and verified before start.
• 5+ years with or engaging DoE, NNSA, national labs, or nuclear supply chain.
• Current relationships within NNSA/DOE program offices exercised recently.
• Ability to obtain DoD or DOE security clearance at Secret level.

Responsibilities

• Lead DOE engagement strategy across NNSA and DOE offices.
• Position 3M’s materials and capabilities into funded programs.
• Shape requirements and supply-chain policy with labs and offices.
• Manage disciplined opportunity pipeline in Salesforce CRM.
• Deliver executive briefings and strategic engagement plans.
